Is a less expensive option to stay, but you’ll need ay the price in quality of service and environment. Everything smell The front desk attendant was really mean and rude. They don’t even offer clean towels. Really bad customer service in general Close to the places I needed to be at.

It sucked all around so badly we went to another hotel!!! Everything! It was terrible!!!! Nasty hotel. Elevator out of order. We had a 75 year old woman in our group and she couldn’t climb to 3rd floor. We left and went to Crowne Plaza.

Never did When I arrived in Louisville from coming from four hours away, I was told I could not check in because after the night audit they are not allowed to check anybody in or out so I proceeded to have to stay in my car also booking never gave me my money back and the hotel kept my money as well calling me a no-show, which wasn’t the case. Avoid this hotel network! Roaches in my room! I've killed them every day of my staying! Also when I tryed to check out on 2 days earlier the receptionist asked me TO PAY additional $240! Not reimburse - to PAY from my pocket. Nonsense! Totally no! I would never stay again in a hotel of this network.

Worst hotel stay ever. will never stay again. way too overpriced. the staff. the area. there was lots of prostitution and drug dealing. junkies hanging outside the property. the staff was ghetto. halls smelled like piss. LOTS OF DRUG ACTIVITY i did'nt like anything. bad location. no breakfast. elevator was sketchy.
