Well the key cards needed to be reprogramed a couple if times during the stay. The beds could be a little more comfortable. Over all clean and staff was friendly and helpful

Need to have computer w/ printer availability for those who use hotels as part of business. I was disappointed by the noise level on second floor plus my room had a strange odor initially when I checked in that also existed in hallway. Unhappy that initially when reservation made I was told it was an "overbook" special rate that was more expensive than if I tried booking directly. I also had difficulty with WiFi as it kicked me out after 7 of the 9 nights I pre-paid. Smokers also hovered around both main entrance doors; I do... read more

Would Not Stay Again The service/front desk staff member was awful. She stood outside chatting knowing there were guests waiting at her desk to be helped. Very rude as well.
