It is what it is... For an extended stay hotel, price is very reasonable. Room was very clean and they keep the place (other than the elevator) very clean. The door in the lobby was broke the entire 10 days I was there, which is ridiculous, and if you went down to the lobby, you could go back out that door. Also, had to get my key card re-enabled 3 different times, was told they "Can be finicky". Luckily it didn't happen after hours. Would probably stay there again if in town for work, but only because of their rates.

Great hotel! We were in a bind looking for a hotel because the one we booked we got there and they told us “Sorry were full” even if we had a confirmation number. We had to look for another open hotel and came across this hotel and we were very pleased with everything! The hotel was very clean, great customer service and had a very warm comfortable feeling. I do not recommend. Wasn't aware this was a long term hotel. It was not very clean, could hear dogs barking all nights and the bed was TERRIBLE!

Find a different hotel We went to Waverly Hills and needed a place to sleep. This is one of those extended stay hotels that has more residents than guest. When I arrived the young lady at the desk was very nice until we started talking about why I was staying just went night. That is when she called me CRAZY. She said she was out of copies of "the rules" and told me to just behave myself (I am not a young kid btw) Our room had a strong smell of incense and the window was open. The only thing I have negative to say about my stay here is the biweekly cleaning other than that it’s a very nice place
