This is an extended stay facility. They have a fridge, microwave, and 2 burner stove and sink. There is no dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. I have never stayed in an extended stay hotel that did not provide those amenities. There was also no hand towel in the bathroom or not shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing stay and were not aware of our amenity packages --- Guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, a coffee pot, etc.). Not every guest desires the same amenities and by allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they want, we are able to keep our rates affordable. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.

No comforts of home Front desk clerk was wonderful. Room itself was not. Bed was incredibly hard and we found ourselves tossing and turning all night. Overall we probably wouldn't stay at one of your hotels again. I understand it is intended for extended stay guests but there are really no comforts of home.
