A Wonderful Place To Stay I am very happy that we found the Value Place. It was more than I expected. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. It had lots of amenities which were comparable to a hotel room. The staff were very friendly. I have already recommended this place to several people who go there every year. I will always use Value Place when I am in Louisville. They have an excellent establishment with great staff!

Muy mala atencion la front desk huele a humo de cigarro cuando te atiende ,reserve una habitación con 2 canas queen y al llegar me dieron un cuarto sin decirme nada ,tuve que ir hasta el cuarto y al abrir me di cuenta que solo tenia 1 cama full , y eramos 3 persona ,regrese a la recepción y le dije que no era lo que habia reservado y me dijo la recepcionista que es todo lo que tenian que no habia mas. Booked online. Couldn’t check in, nobody at front desk. Okay - so we didn’t read the fine print that it’s not like NORMAL hotels and nobody is at the desk during certain times…but still charge me.
