Meh. Desk person we encountered was most friendly, courteous, couldn't ask for better. Property was clean, although showing signs of wear, although there were signs indicating ongoing renovation. Vinyl laminate flooring everywhere was a big downcheck. Elevator needs some quality TLC. Toilet did not flush properly; needs new flush valve. Pillows excessively flat, air mattress would have been better than the bed. Lack of a coffee machine anywhere, including vending area, was a really big bummer.

The staff was excellent, the front desk genuinely made you feel welcome. I witnessed the front staff going over and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The rooms were spotless and odorless! My room had one 12” crack in the ceiling over the air conditioner, otherwise I was satisfied with the price and my stay at this property.

I like the security of the key entry behind every door even lobby and laundry. I don't like the rude guests that are inconsiderate of others sleeping & not much parking available. I do like the full size fridge & freezer plus kitchenette with cabinet space & microwave with 2 stovetop burners for cooking. Large bathtubs allow deep soaks for relaxation, endless hot water!
