Used Room Once we arrived and got checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned after it's last use. It was the first time this has ever happened for me at a hotel. We were trying to get to a concert on time and this created such a delay that we were not able to get dinner before the show. The internet did not work (presumably because the wi-fi password was linked to the first room). There also was not any shampoo or conditioner.

Friendly staff, needs update While the room was clean, the condition was “tired” and in need of a deep clean, paint and repair. Same with common areas - giant stains on the hall carpets, gouges on the walls and general need of a fresh coat of paint.
