Could Be Better Room cleaning is not a priority. Sheets were stained and smelled, floors, counters and night stand were all covered in dirt. Had to do my own cleaning of the room just to feel comfortable. I told the manager about the condition of the room and she said she would get it taken care of. Two days later they just moved me to another room. It was as bad as the first one. The night clerk was very nice and did all she could to be helpful. Good location bit don't have high expectations.

Below average The room was clean, but the TV did not work. When I asked at the desk if I could get a working TV, the answer was that "maintenance will look at it". In other words, "No, you need to live with it". It was clean, though, and everything except the TV was in working order. Wi-Fi was good. It certainly was NOT worth the $100/night that they were charging over the Tech vs. OU weekend.

The price was good but the only chairs in the rooms were hard plastic ones. No where to get comfortable at the end of the day.

Nina at the front desk is awesome, we were there for an extended weekend (parents weekend). Nina worked everyday and always had a smile, she was always very helpful and went above and beyond in helping others. If it wasn’t for her, I would of rated our stay as a 2. The rooms were efficient but you need help in the area of cleaning a room. There were dirty towels left in the room which made me wonder if the room really ever got cleaned. Hold on to Nina, she is what makes your hotel a reason for coming back!! Michelle Costlow

Decent room not the cleanest floors in the room i was in looked as tho they never mopped i was there 2 weeks they only cleaned the room once and the elevator floor was always dirty
