I arrived at 10:05 pm. Tried to call the number for service. The attendant took forever to come, saying the phone didn’t ring or n her room. However once she arrived she was very kind. Although the beds were comfortable, the heater didn’t work well. And the cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. The bed linens were dirty. I do not know if they were stains or real dirt. The bathroom was very dirty. Hairs in the sink, stains in the shower. The floors throughout the room were kind of sticky.
