Great Pet Friendly Choice in West Madison We were in Madison to attend a wedding and needed a pet friendly hotel. The Extended Stay Old Sauk was a great choice. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The hotel is clean and has nice green space for short dog walks.
Pleasant Family liked it. However a broken elevator.
Sparse. Extended stay used to have some kitchen necessities in the room. Plates, glasses, plates. Nothing now. One wastebasket in the bathroom. TV wasn't working and the response was, "it was working yesterday". I wasn't in the room yesterday. Was a loose cable and was addressed promptly, but, come on. You're in the hospitality business MOst annoying, upon check-out asked for a printed receipt and their policy is they don't provide one if you booked through a 3rd party. Good value Nice, no frills hotel.
Arrived late night. Front desk staff was quick with check in so that could get to bed quickly. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Overall good experience.
Easy access, nicely updated Everything was perfect for our stay with our two small dogs, except the hvac wall unit was loud and blasted straight at the bed. Liked that they had hypoallergenic pillows already in the room because I am allergic to feather pillows. Thankful they had gluten-free granola bars for breakfast. Very clean, comfortable and pretty!
Clean room with couch for seating. It was a good basic room. Clean with option for cooking if I had wanted it. It has a workout room though the machines were older and loud.
Wonderful and Friendly Staff We enjoyed our stay. My best friends are from Madison and that was our main reason for going to Madison.
