Convenient and Clean Met with friends and the hotel was our meeting place. Liked the complete kitchen as we had a get together in the room.

Great Pet Friendly Choice in West Madison We were in Madison to attend a wedding and needed a pet friendly hotel. The Extended Stay Old Sauk was a great choice. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The hotel is clean and has nice green space for short dog walks.

Sparse. Extended stay used to have some kitchen necessities in the room. Plates, glasses, plates. Nothing now. One wastebasket in the bathroom. TV wasn't working and the response was, "it was working yesterday". I wasn't in the room yesterday. Was a loose cable and was addressed promptly, but, come on. You're in the hospitality business MOst annoying, upon check-out asked for a printed receipt and their policy is they don't provide one if you booked through a 3rd party.
