No washclothes in room, elevator smelled strongly of smoke, and the air was loud and was continually turnung on and off

nice hotel a bit off the beaten path . The woman who checked us in was very nice and concerned for the well being of my family. She offered us a humidifier because my one year old had a cough. unfortunately we fell asleep right away and missed her call. The gesture was appreciated all the same.
