Pleasant Family liked it. However a broken elevator.

Sparse. Extended stay used to have some kitchen necessities in the room. Plates, glasses, plates. Nothing now. One wastebasket in the bathroom. TV wasn't working and the response was, "it was working yesterday". I wasn't in the room yesterday. Was a loose cable and was addressed promptly, but, come on. You're in the hospitality business MOst annoying, upon check-out asked for a printed receipt and their policy is they don't provide one if you booked through a 3rd party. Arrived late night. Front desk staff was quick with check in so that could get to bed quickly. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Overall good experience.

Easy access, nicely updated Everything was perfect for our stay with our two small dogs, except the hvac wall unit was loud and blasted straight at the bed. Liked that they had hypoallergenic pillows already in the room because I am allergic to feather pillows. Thankful they had gluten-free granola bars for breakfast. Very clean, comfortable and pretty!

Clean room with couch for seating. It was a good basic room. Clean with option for cooking if I had wanted it. It has a workout room though the machines were older and loud.
Wonderful and Friendly Staff We enjoyed our stay. My best friends are from Madison and that was our main reason for going to Madison.

Desk clerk was very friendly, and also was aware I had difficulty with the key pad entering the hotel. She was immediately there to help. Great first impression. Everything in the room was very good, except the location of the air conditioner is constantly blowing on you all night long. Bad planning on room alignment.
