I had to get a room elsewhere because no one ever came to the front desk. I tried calling but no one answered there either. There was no one around period. I would like my card reimbursed with a total refund.

This property was nothing like it showed on the app!!!! Still havent gotten my money back even though i didnt stay there and it been months!!!

If you have more than two people in a room please bring a blanket and your own pillow. Also make sure you bring a trash bag because they will charge you extra if you leave trash. I will never stay here again.

Not a good choice. The room door lock was hanging ( broken) The paint was chipping old and dated. The bed in the room looked like a roll away bed. Although it was an extended stay there was no dishes, pots, pans, no soap just 1 roll of tissue because the one on the roll was empty. I travel a lot for work and time from illinois to Cordova TN. And i never stayed in this room I didn't feel safe or clean. And was told i couldn't get a refund. So i had to pay out of pocket for something decent.
