This used to be my favorite hotel but recently is has become a place I will avoid at all costs. Let’s start with the fact that since they have come under new management it smells like dirty diapers in the halls everyday, theres constant banging coming from the second floor and when you make a noise complaint they say there’s nothing they can do. Nothing to like. This place is not as advertised. Amenities listed that we didn't get include breakfast, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, 24-hour reception desk, and a few other things. We were given a list of rules and what we would be charged extra for (another towel, another pillow, overflowing trash can, etc.) upon check in. We were given one small trash can for a 3-day stay. Needs renovating, the shower was cold, there is a bar & lounge next door, and even with the lights on, it was dark and dreary.
