It was bugs, smelling like stinch

I didn't like that my room upon the 1st night had 3 things already not in working condition such as the room phone, the t.v. remote, and my room was missing a microwave. There was no soap in the kitchen or bathroom and just 2 towels, no hand towels, wash cloths, or bath mat. The next morning the lady gave me a new remote with working batteries but still none of the other things have been remedied. The exterior doors are propped open with bottles and sticks. Little children are wandering the halls with no parents to be found. A drunken screaming party is going on in the parking lot near the front entrance. The policy is to only have two towels, even though it was reserved for three. I just found out at front desk that this not a hotel any longer, but apartments. Some people have been living here for five years. This needs to be removed from the Expedia site.

I would like a refund there were roaches and people sleeping in the hallway always felt like someone was trying to enter my room I couldn’t even sleep here one night
