I would like a refund there were roaches and people sleeping in the hallway always felt like someone was trying to enter my room I couldn’t even sleep here one night

There is no lobby. A woman had to call the cops because her husband pulled a gun on her. Place stunk.

I got there and waited for a front desk person for about 30 min. She checked me in 1.5 hours early and charged 16.00. Inside room was not clean refrigerator had bugs in it my neice had little bump like she got bite by something i also seen a roach also when i was checking in the police was there due to a fight....

Bad Experience We reserved a room, went to the hotel, and there was no such room. We were left with no hotel.

Just Gross I had to pay a fortune for a non-smoking room, and I had to sign 20 minutes worth of paperwork about not smoking yet when I walked into the room, I could not breathe for the foul smell of smoke in the room and the furniture and the towels and the sheets

I did not stay at this property. I arrived at 9pm Saturday night and there wasn’t any staff on site. There was a note stating to use a rickety looking phone outside for assistance. I called the number listed with Expedia and they claimed they would refund my money and we’re sorry about the inconvenience. I still had to request a refund from Expedia bc I never heard back from this facility.
