This was the most terrible experience I have EVER had with a hotel, or orbitz. We traveled with two young toddlers and were worked up by screaming and fighting of adults in the hallways. Physical altercations and pounding on the walls. People screaming they were “going to shoot them” cursing and loud cries for hours. Housekeeping did not thoroughly clean the room prior to check in. There was still a lot of trash on the floor, under the bed, and the tables had crumbs and grease smears from fingers upon arrival. The property also does not provide housekeeping for a 2 day stay…. We bathe daily so new towels and a clean room should be available for each day visit .

No room at the inn They gave away our paid room so we had to find other accommodations. Thank goodness Hotels.com got us a great room and helped us with this mess.

No reviews when you didn’t stay do to the Hotel Arriving at the Extended Stay Hotel the system was down could not check in had to find another Hotel to stay in for the weekend then Hotel.com charged my credit card 10&.00 for the Extended Stay system was down and couldn’t check in we did show up and you charged us as a no show that’ was very inconvenient for my spouse and I driving 7 hours from Texas I will never use Hotel . Com Hard to contact and the number that is added to the email is not correct that’s crazy
