Property is dirty. Cigarette butts at every doorway. Odor in rooms is not fresh. Burnt holes in curtains. Carpet dirty and smells. Dog urine in elevator.
MKE STAY Newly remodeled and not done very well! Room was very musty and carpet felt moist.
When we towel drying a spill on the linoleum floor. The floor was VERY dirty!
They do not have hand towels (although shown on their website photos). Confused, I called down and asked. The front desk lectured me on the hotel policy that we are allowed only 2 towels and 2 facecloths. When I questioned why guests had to used use the same towel to dry hands, hair, body, and face over a 3 night stay, she was rude and continued to lecture me. Didn't even get to check in because the front desk was closed. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they had somehow given away my reservation and the room I booked wasn't available. Staff was rude and unhelpful will never stay at one of these hotels and would recommend others to do the same

The only thing going for this hotel is it’s proximity to things like grocery stores and restaurants. Otherwise I wouldn’t want someone I care about to ever stay here. From the bad smell in the room, to some brownish stain on the ceiling above one of the beds, to the loud freeway noise and the room shaking, to all the different damage scattered all over the room….damage that caused my family member to cut their hand….you couldn’t pay me to stay here. I liked that it was conveniently located by the hospital I was working at and it was very clean. Dislikes: The linens, a burnt smell in the room and highway traffic noise.
