The only thing going for this hotel is it’s proximity to things like grocery stores and restaurants. Otherwise I wouldn’t want someone I care about to ever stay here. From the bad smell in the room, to some brownish stain on the ceiling above one of the beds, to the loud freeway noise and the room shaking, to all the different damage scattered all over the room….damage that caused my family member to cut their hand….you couldn’t pay me to stay here. I liked that it was conveniently located by the hospital I was working at and it was very clean. Dislikes: The linens, a burnt smell in the room and highway traffic noise.

I had to give this property a bad review because in the bathroom behind the toilet they had a mouse trap glue board down. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this was a first and made me very uneasy the rest of the night.

When I checked in, I was told they take a pic of your ID . I asked how long it was kept and was told pretty much indefinitely. I was not comfortable with that as if they get hacked, your info is out there. I was told I could stop by the front desk at checkout and have it deleted. I did so and was told that the person working didn’t know how to do it and would call me when the manager had done so. Still waiting… Also ran out of toilet paper. This had a better rating when I booked but it does not deserve even a 7 star rating. Property was in very poor condition. We were not given any kitchen items for free so why even stay there? Linens were limited to a towel and a washcloth. Ultimately its saving grace was it was near a Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
