Last Time using Hotel.com Upon traveling to Waukeshaw, I was called prior to my arrival and said that there was no room available. Hotels.com system somehow booked me with no room available extended stay reached out to me. Find me another room at a different. Extended stays where I did stay for two weeks, I’m having other issues with Hotels.com on my next Stay. I will no longer be using hotel.com.
We felt incredibly unsafe. So much so we were there for a very short amount of time and left. Would not recommend to anyone unless you were homeless.

Terrible hotel.
This place is trash, dirt refrigerator, stove taken apart, trim missing, bathroom door won't shut, smoke and marijuana smell! Will never stay again!
