Say no to hotel.com I'm sure your hotel is wonderful but if i were you, I would not go with hotels.com. I needed to cancel my reservation and I could not even get a hold of anyone there. Clearly they do not give a hoot about your business. When i called your hotel, the guy that answered was super nice and super helpful but he also warned me about having to get in touch with hotel.com. he too said they were terrible.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. One room smelled like a main drain sewage backup. The other room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and pot. The entire room was worn, old and dirty. One of those places where you want to sleep in your clothes on top of the bedding. Poor security. Came back to the hotel about midnight, the main front door was not secured, open and no need for a room key to get in. The side door was propped open with a stick. Too many strange people hanging out, bad odor, carpeting was filthy, no utensils in kitchen area. Appeared to be homeless people hanging around…creepy! Very disappointing…..toilet paper and tissue and tissue like sandpaper….
