The good..., the bad and the really ugly I will never stay at an ESA again. The place was a complete dump. I have never stayed anywhere that i was unable to take my shoes off in the room. When a person trys to sleep with shoes on and laying on a old worn out bed...NOT GOOD.

okay,met my need for a place to crash it was a place for me to crash while i attended a reunion.i wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

so so needs work for two days there was garbage piled up buy the door , i entered did n,t like the bed also the tv was small

Garbage Blocking entrance I was shocked at how filthy this hotel was...The entrance door to a room was blocked with garbage...even when we left in the morning the garbage was still there...I would like a refund for this stay...

Minimalist's Shelter The cabinetry at this place was falling off, beds squeaked like crazy, and there was an unidentifiable hole somewhere that was leaking out A/C and letting in swarms of mosquitoes. I killed 6 mosquitoes within 10 minutes of entering my room. On the bright side, it was very conveniently located next to a Texas Roadhouse and had almond scented soap (which reminded me of an almond dessert that I love, so I was tempted to eat it).

I'll be staying elsewhere Was not told when making reservation I had to pay extra for housekeeping. Bed was hard as a rock. NO one at front desk before 7 a.m. Will never stay in this chain again.

Not Impressed Hotel was clean and well kept up. Beds were HARD, HARD, HARD. Front desk staff were unfriendly.

Not a good choice for a one night stay I chose the Extended Stay because of its location, and had never stayed at one before. I wasn't aware they did not provide hair dryers or shampoo unless you specifically asked at the front desk. The place was impossible to find, as there is no street sign or hotel sign on the main road. I spotted it down in back of the Home Depot and it took me five minutes to figure a way to get there? Ok if you really will be staying for a while, bad for a one-nighter!
