Needs TLC The thermostat on the air conditioner was set at 60 in August. The room and the hallways were absolutely freezing. I appreciate comfortable but freezing cold in August is a waste of money. We actually turned on the heat to make the room comfortable. Surprise, the water in the kitchen sink is plumbed backwards! Turn on the cold and get hot, ouch. What a disappointment This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed. The breakfast is a joke. The room is cleaned once a week. There is no customer service at all. There is dog hair in the carpet, and the room smell bad. I could not sleep due to the highway noise. It was a complete disappointment. I work for The department Of Defense and will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Dirty, smelly, and old This place definitely needs a renovation. Everything in my room was dirty, tattered and old. The lounge chair was so gross I wouldn't even set my suitcase on it and my room smelled like feet. Breakfast consisted of a smashed packaged muffin and a cup of coffee. Stay somewhere else unless you are looking to go directly to sleep and then leave.

Don't try to check in around the holidays! My wife and I have stayed at this particular Extended Stay America for the holidays for a number of years now. We've never had a problem before, but this year was unbelievable! We arrived at 6:30 PM on Sunday, December 23rd to find a sign at the front desk saying there would be no service after 6 PM from December 22nd through the new year! We tried using the courtesy phone to call 0, as the sign indicated you should do for after hours assistance, but all this did was ring the front ... read more

Not so great place to stay. There was paint peeling from the walls in all areas. The coffee maker did not work. The bed was hard as a rock. We found items in the room left by previous guests. The walls are very thin-could hear alot of noise from all directions. There was no sign on the road indicating that the hotel was back off the main road-very difficult to find the hotel. We had to ask directions at a gas station.

location is only thing good about this place scary place really. people hanging around outside at all hours, the room smelled. the freeway was 30 yards away from the window, so noisy all night long. felt like leaving early to not stay the next night. the bed was boards, i didn't even draw the covers for fear of catching bed bugs. i will never never go to this place again!!

Extended Stay in Waukesha The hotel looked nice from the outside and the lobby but the rooms were not. The sheets were dirty with stains and lots of little hair. It was gross!! I probably would not stay or recommend them.
