dave The room smelled like someone was frying fish in it. Garbage piled up all over the hotel and out by the dumpster. No ice machines in the entire place.

Old, dirty, smelly! I would not recommend this hotel. It's dirty and smelly. The entire experience was negative, from the moment I walked in to the dingy lobby and front desk area. I booked a "non-smoking" room and it wreaked of cigarette smell! When I called the front desk, no one was available - not even the night time manager. The phone rang and rang. Never again Disgusting. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Offered another room that smelled horrible just on opening the door. Went to a Marriott who spoiled us rotten

You get what you pay for We stayed here for 3 days for the state fair. While the staff was very nice the room definitely needed a good clean job and some updating. It was nice to have the kitchenette, but the bathroom was dirty. I can understand outdated, but just put some elbow grease and some bleach while cleaning and it might not look so dingy. If your looking for a cheap hotel and convenience to expressway in a good neighborhood than I would recommend. Definitely not a 4 star, not sure even a 3 star.
Not worth the money Found hair on the night stand, the beds were only full size not queens as advertised and very uncomfortable, breakfast is a joke. Coffee, muffins and apples. No milk, or juice and the muffins were stale. No additional amenities to make it worth the price. We checked out early and had much more at another hotel for much less.

1 star that looks like a 3 star from the outside Toilet stained and dirty. Flooring in bathroom lifted makes it impossible for staff to clean. Hotel needs up keeping. Odor in room which lingered throughout stay. Breakfast consists of granola bar, muffin and fruit. Great location with great parking but rooms require upkeep. Grounds very well kept. From outside, this hotel looks like a three star but a one star in the inside. Staff courteous.

room had not been cleaned after last guest left checked in, room had not been cleaned. only one person working. no other rooms avail so she went to clean the room. 45 min later she came back and said it would take too long and now there was another room avail but it only had one bed so she brought a rollaway. were not in this room for an hour after checking in. at checkout receptionist took my number for manager to call me. he left me one phone message, I tried several times to reach him even leaving my email for him if that... read more
