Never again!!! Absolutely the worst stay in any hotel!!!

Good but not family friendly Overall things were nice and everything you'd expect, but the kitchen has no equipment, so come prepared! We also got a call from the manager because someone complained about the "pitter patter of little feet" at eight pm. We were rudely informed we would be kicked out if I couldn't control my kids (who were only walking!) I wouldn't recommend if you have kiddos, it's mostly older long term residents there.

No customer service, but very roomy rooms The hotel was more along the lines of what one would expect at a nursing home. Customer service was non-existent at this place. Took 30 minutes to check-in when I was the only one checking in and he was expecting me! No one was at the front desk at 9AM to check-out guests. One door into and out of the building. A different experience Friendly and professional staff; good parking and access, BUT: I did not realize it was an extended stay establishment. as such, NO Soap, not even a plastic cup! Of course, no coffee maker. Bare essentials but a comfy bed!

HORRIBLE I would have rather spent my money on a tent and slept in the storm that came through the night I stayed.
