Last minute stay Elevator reacked of smoke, small table dirty with sticky stuff on it, floor had dead bug on it, pillow and sheets had a "used" smell. I put a towel over the pillow because of the smell. No ice machine. Nice town, poor hotel.

Do not stay here More like a welfare hotel than a overnight hotel. First room we were given had terrible smell. Next room had terrible sofabed. We stayed because it was late and too tired to move.

First time staying here. The mattress was impossible to sleep on. The next AM. I watched two bugs march over the bedspread, I mashed them on the bed and reported this to the staff. Staff said they would report this and photograph the bugs.I haven't heard from the manager yet. We are NOT crank guests, we don't trash the room or disturb other guests. I would like to get some feedback from the management about this complaint.

Dirty hotel smells like smoke The rooms was dirty. The staff was rude. The hotel smells like a ash tray. Did not stay and I want a refund .

Get their act together The price was ok, but that was about it... we waited at the desk at least 15 minutes to get checked in... and finally after calling them twice - we got checked in. You have to switch out towels each day if you want clean ones - which was ok... but, the biggest problem we had was getting anyone to do anything! One morning (4 am) clogged up and the toilet overflowed... so I had to use all of the clean towels to prevent flooding... could I call and get new towels and someone to fix the toilet??? NO... Stop for the night, never again! This place is a hidden blemish to the beautiful, safe Malbis area. Nice, modern building on the outside. Inside, it smells, and the workers are incredibly rude. Many of the "guest" we loud, sketchy, and filled the entrances and hallways with interesting smells! It was a last minute deal to rest for the night before continuing my drive, but never again. Not impressed The room was ok. There were make up stains on the sheets. There is NO lobby. The rooms are set up for extended stay, cooktop yes but there were no pots or utensils or anything. We got there at 9:30 - the staff leaves at 10. So if we had gotten there after 10 we would not have been able to check in??? In the morning still no staff...

Sad room but great hotel clerk roomed smelled bad, only had two towels for a 4 occupancy room, absolutely less than bare necessities...for the price, not worth it.
