Bare minimum Hotel lobby doesn't stay open Hotel had roaches No clean towels No iron

Not what I reserved We reserved a non-smoking, double bed room. When we arrived late that night, we were informed that they didn't have any more non-smoking rooms and they would be putting us in a smoking room. We were exhausted, it was very late and I thought, "how bad could it be?" We went up to the third floor and AS SOON as we stepped out of the elevator, all you could smell was stale cigarette smoke. Smoking floor Didn't know these things existed anymore but I was put on the smoking floor. Every time the AC turned on, it felt like someone was blowing smoke in my face. I am very sensitive to smoke and this was a miserable stay. Bed was very uncomfortable too. I could not get out of there fast enough.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Do. It book here unless you want to smell a smoke pit. So nasty!!!!!!

Sorriest hotel I ever stayed in. Was asked to check in after 3 pm. For real? Come on. When you require guests to check out at 11 am. Takes your cleaning staff 4 hrs to clean a room? Come on. Was put in a smoking room when I booked a non smoking room. Bed was uncomfortable, room stunk, No coffee pot in room, no continental breakfast offered. Hotel clerk was smart alek on phone as well as in person. Could hear noises all night long from other rooms.

Gross hotel People were scary trashy living there People smoking all in the rooms Floor smelled like smoke I have asthma and suppose to be nonsmoking They're wAs so much smoking that the smoke detectors went off in the middle of night Bathroom smelled like Human urine ! Just gross

Weekend getaway with my wife This is more of a "I'm about to fall asleep at the wheel so call a hotel that I know has vacancies," than a take my wife to Mobile for a nice getaway. Small room with noisy beds and fire alarms from the neighbors warming up a midnight snack in their room.
