safety concerns Had major concerns about my own safety due to the other guests at the hotel discussing drug use and appearing to be under the influence. Also had a major safety concern that these same people were watching to see what room I entered. A female traveling alone needs to be aware of the occupants at this hotel. Safety first - price later. I ended up paying for 2 hotels for 2 nights to ensure my own safety as of course there is no refund at this hotel even though I spoke with the front desk about my concerns.

Below expectations I can't believe you had to pay for wifi. This place was someplace that I wouldn't let my dogs stay. It was a huge mistake to stay here.
Absolute Disgust is an Understatement I booked a room for 7 nights at the Value Place in Daphne, AL. Not a bad deal really. On the morning of, we asked for an early check-in, considering we were in the parking lot and could quite obviously see that there was no way all of the rooms were dirty and since we had a regular room I didn't think it much of an issue to ask. Won't be back no insulation at all ! I got in at 2:00, got woke up at 5:30 when everyone else woke up. Could conversation on both sides of me and the person above me walking around, conversations out in the hall.

Mold and Bed Bugs Changed rooms twice still smelled like mold. Stayed one night received several bed bug bites. Would not recommend to stay at this location.

Twice management came to our door saying neighbor complained on is about noise. I don't know who was making it of Anyone. But I was more upset about the way it was handled and demeanor of manager. Will NEVER stay there again.

Worse Vaule Hotel The customer service great his name was George! The room was awful smoky I had to crack the window I woke up my eyes was swollen my daughter eyes was burning the bed too small the tub nasty and the walls was nasty I swear smoke was coming out of the vent it's not worth 60 bucks! Never again Heath wise not good for me

Cheap and clean, but NO frills. Cheap and clean, but NO frills. We stayed as a stopover to a family vacation in Destin. We had four in our room with only two towels and no one at the front desk until 10AM. We were also fortunate to get our room that night even though we paid for it in advance and let them know we would be arriving late. This is an extended stay hotel and certainly not for those folks looking for anything else, like comfort or any amenities.
