We are waiting to close on our home here in Daphne. We have been here several weeks. The space could be more updated and cleaner. I would also suggest making the fourth floor the smoking floor, that way the smoke goes straight up without disturbing someone with their window open on the fourth floor. This is a pet-friendly facility and I love that! The Staff is always very nice & accommodating. I would also suggest a coin machine in the laundry area. To small One full bed for two guys for 3 days acces to internet for one phone only, small towells they dont change them, stinky to sigarret. We where in 4th floor 3rd floord its dos smokers. How? They dont know the smok go up? New hotel but bad service and soon this hotel hotel going to be horrible.

TOO MUCH NOISE... I stayed at this hotel many times before. Good value for the price. But this time I stayed for two weeks and the entire time I had to listen to loud noises coming from the room upstairs. Every day, every night, it sounded like they were moving furniture or running after a 300 lbs baby pushing furniture. Night mare from hell KEEP IN MIND I WAS JUST CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT I WAS ON MY WAY. GET TO HOTEL AND THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY! ALL THEY HAD WAS A SMOKING ROOM. I TRIED TO GO IN THERE BUT AS SOON AS YOU GET OFF ELEVATOR YOU CAN GET CANCER THE SMOKE SMELL WAS SO BAD. YOUR CLOTHES STUNK. Not too pleased The walls are so thin, you can hear people walking and talking. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. I was there for 5 nights and had to go get more towels and toilet paper myself. I also had a suite with a kitchen but no dishes. And on my last night there the water was dark yellow.

Hotel right by the highway Key card system down front desk had to let you in the room even more a pain once front desk closes at 10. front desk didn't really know how to hook up Wi-Fi didn't know the code had to figure out on my own, once I got on 3rd floor room 303 it's smells like mildew, after getting into our room my wife said it smells like dog pee around the carpet area, so open up the window to let fresh air in and all you hear is the highway cars, old gum stuck to the bathroom floor, hairs in the towels, would I stay... read more

Would never return Service was slow and poor. Dirty, showers didn't work very well and I asked for a non smoking room and all they could give me was a smoking room!
