The room smelled of smoke The front desk was rude. I was offered internet which I was told was strong enough to FaceTime and it wasn't. My room smelt like a cigarette all day. They put me next to the cigarette smoking area and my ac would blow their smoke into my room. The bathroom floor had the previous tenants hair all over it. I had a room with two beds that was supposed to sleep four people but they only gave me two towels. One of them was dirty already.

Dåligt, missnöjd! Tog extremt lång tid att få checka in, deras wi-fi var både svår åtkomligt och dyrt. Detta var nog sen sämsta övernattningen på hela våran resa. Rummet var helt okej men personalen var inte serviceinriktade alls snarare lata och smått otrevliga tog ut avgifter för varenda liten små sak man kunde önska sig.

overbooked and uncomfortable we paid for a room with two beds and got one . They said expedia overbooked and blamed them for not having the room we paid for. This was the most uncomfortable night we have ever spent in a motel.

Worst possible customer service ever When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled. They told me that this hotel only rents by the week and not the day . I was never informed through email or phone until I arrived . I was so angry and dissatisfied with the service I will never go there again.
No room at the Inn When I got there I was told the only rent weekly room. Why did they not tell me this when I call and told them I would be checking in late.
