Bad motel. Bad beds Don't stay here
THE BUM HOTEL STAY The exterior of the building was pretty considering it was new, what i didn't understand is how come the person doing the booking had no idea that this hotel was strictly for contractors who are employed mostly on a weekly basis. In other words this isn't your average family type hotel where the beds are changed everyday and the linen refreshed. The bed wasn't big enough for two people the shower curtains where nasty and looked molded.
DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! We booked on hotels.com and arrived at the hotel for a one night stay on our road trip to Florida. We requested a non-smoking room and arrived to find that our room was a smoking room. They claimed that the rooms are cleaned and that they are sprayed to not smell like smoke. It was late, the room had been paid for, and we needed a place to stay so we accepted. I had 3 children wit me and they wouldnt give me extra towels. Plus the beds were smaller then queen size beds.
You're on your own..might as well be no front desk The room was ok... Stay was ruined by lack of availability of front desk, no laundry delivery, and overall lack of any hospitality. There were no bad attitudes or anything...just nobody there. And the halls smell like smoke.

Very disappointed! First, no one at desk to check in. Waited at least 10 minutes even trying to call for help and we were not the only ones waiting to be helped. Then found out one of the employees was outside the door smoking and not concerned at all! When the girl showed up to check us in, no apology, and hardly spoke to us other than check in questions. Got to the "non-smoking" room and the shower curtain and towels smelled of smoke, not to mention hair in the sink! Will not go back!

Fire alarm went off at least four times, once very early in the morning. Floors noticeable very dirty.
