Not a nice place The staff was rude
Couldn't even get an extra pillow
The weather was 37 degrees outside and the room heat wasn't working I called the front desk , and was told to let it warm up for a min. I had both of my kids with me and it had yet not heated up the room . I was very upset and unsatisfied .
Worst than terrible Run for your life. Do not stay here! Worst experience of my life.
The hotel closes at 10:00. The hotel had closed before I got there. The lady who had just closed acted like she was doing me a favor to check me in after the hotel had closed.
horrible Very bad customer service... Beds uncomfortable, and the room had a odor.. I will not be returning
was supposed to have 2 NON smoking beds....when we checked in they were going to give us a smoking room....we did not want that so we ended up with only 1 small bed....very uncomfortable.........bad thing about it is we didn't even get a refund on the one bed...said it was already paid for even though expedia said it was reserved only and hotel would collect the money.....WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
