Terrible Front desk clerk was very rude from the moment I walkes thru the door. She was saying "wht do u want now" to another guest. My room never got cleaned and when I asked why she replied " I told u we only clean once a week"smh I was there for only two days. They dont have ice machines or continental breakfast. I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to keep searching for another hotel... This place is the worst ive ever stayed....

Terrible!!!!!! Front desk clerk was rude. She said " what do u wantx when I approached the front desk. Our room never got cleaned (no one told us they do it once a wk) Toilet kept running all night. If I knew these things I would've patronized another hotel. Don't stay here....

It was like staying at a halfway house On the surface, the hotel seemed to be nice enough for a short business trip out of town. The initial interaction with the staff was pleasant. However upon entering the room - despite its cleanliness - resembled a college dorm room. The single full size bed, a two burner stove and a bathroom that looked like someone's spare bath of small home was a turnoff. Nice hotel horrible staff My experience at the hotel with the customer service at the front desk was horrible she treated me like I was not even standing in front of her I would not recommend anyone go there staff is not polite or has no custom Service skills

Not a nice place The staff was rude
Couldn't even get an extra pillow
The weather was 37 degrees outside and the room heat wasn't working I called the front desk , and was told to let it warm up for a min. I had both of my kids with me and it had yet not heated up the room . I was very upset and unsatisfied .
