The whole staff isn’t friendly and they treat guests horribly and the manager called me not to come back ever again. I have been nothing but friendly to them. The rooms are nasty and nobody cleans them. Don’t ever stay here!!!!!
I love the entire staff except for the big lady with Lashes, sometimes being nice to people is good. Their beds are comfortable but the inside of this place is now horrible especially the flow in the rooms, an awful smell not sure if it’s smoke or what. If you stay there , you are desperate not worth a penny trust me.
Uneasy Came to check in and nobody was at the desk. Called the help line and was told somebody would be coming down to help us, never came. Then a bit after 1am, my card is being charged for the one night stay I never checked into.
We paid for a queen bed and received a FULL SIZED BED:(....when we went to tell the the front desk she stated thats all they had..... TOTAL RIP OFF...THERE WASNT EVEN ANYWHERE TO SIT..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
The halls was nasty had dog dodo in hall wall carpet nasty shower broke bed uncomfortable staff at front desk have worse altitude
