Room smells very bad smoke odor not a safe environment build is very old. Don’t stay here

Room was dirty, floor had not been cleaned and the bathroom was disgusting. Urine on the wall, shower looked dirty. Cabinet door fell off, glue was still wet. 4th floor sign says non smoking but smoke smell filled the hallway, another customer was smoking weed in his room. Overall the worst stay we have had at an extended stay. I was also charged for 2 rooms and only 1 room was available, booked on Expedia.

As soon as I check in, chaos occurred. Fire on the 2nd floor. We had to evacuated . I left and did not return.

The sheets and towels were not cleaned

Enter at your own risk. Dirty floors, killed a bug, mattress uncomfortable, toilet seat broken on one side, elevator walls and floor dirty. The room reeked of some smell. Would never stay here again. It was rated a 5 but more like a 2.

It would not have been bad if there were not roaches everywhere in the room. The beds were clean thankfully. We would have left if there was anywhere else to go but it was almost 1 in the morning. We left our bags in our car and did not lay anything on any surface except the bed. Management needs to fumigate this property.
