Enter at your own risk. Dirty floors, killed a bug, mattress uncomfortable, toilet seat broken on one side, elevator walls and floor dirty. The room reeked of some smell. Would never stay here again. It was rated a 5 but more like a 2.

It would not have been bad if there were not roaches everywhere in the room. The beds were clean thankfully. We would have left if there was anywhere else to go but it was almost 1 in the morning. We left our bags in our car and did not lay anything on any surface except the bed. Management needs to fumigate this property.

They did not offer any thing but towels you had to buy or bring your own stuff. Ridiculous

Pagué mi estancia a las 11pm y llegué a la 1am de Florida con mi hijo de 3 años y no me dieron mi cuarto y se quedaron con mi dinero, no les importó que llegara cansada de manejar y con mi hijo de 3 años en una ciudad que ni conozco y con poco dinero

Roach Hotel When I checked it and walked to my car some lady was leaving and said they had bed bugs. I saw 2 little roaches that night and then 3 more the next morning. The fridge was covered in rust and mold on the outside. When I told the front desk she already knew they had a roach infestation. She offered me another room but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t have roaches as well. I looked at the room and there was red liquid on the floor and the window was stuck open. I decided to request my money back and get relocated.
