It was filthy. The room was awful; smal, dirty, the bathroom was almost unuseable. We would never, ever use or recommend this excuse of a hotel.

Double charged me for one room, and charged me 2 pet fees for one pet. Took 2 hours of my time to resolve. Condition of property also poor.

Get some new beds. I could feel the springs, couldn't sleep end up leaving 4 in the morning

Staff rude room was filthy worst hotel experience I have ever had people hanging out at front door smoking/drinking, I drink and smoke but not at the front door. Hotel like Montgomery suck.

Don’t book at Extended Stay Montgomery The hotel was horrible. Cockroaches in the lobby, on the elevator in the tub and on the countertops. Our cards stopped working and we had to wait for someone to come down from their room and reset our keys. We had to go to Walmart to buy sheets, blankets and towels and wash cloths because what was in the room was dingy to say the least. It was not a good experience and I will never go there again.
