Booked stay around 8pm while traveling. Got to hotel and office was closed. No one was there to check us in. Tried calling office and after hours line, but no one answered. Had to drive around and try to find another place to stay as all other area hotels were booked. Requesting refund for a room I never got to stay in.

There were literally roaches in our room…beyond disgusting. The was never a person at the front desk and very difficult to contact anyone..DO NOT STAY HERE

Horrible The room was nasty bugs was everywhere in the Tom, elevator and hallways. i had no idea they closed at a certain time cause it wasn’t mentioned to us upon checking in, so if u get locked out or need something you have to wait until the next day. After checking in the room office was closed so I had to get a room else where cause it was just that nasty. Lost out $ on the room price for this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend for my pets.

On Hotels.com booked a room with two Separate beds got to the room with only one small bed for 2 large men. Hotel desk told us that they had no 2 bed rooms. Since the reservation was non refundable we were required to uncomfortable one night stay. No more Woodspring stays for me ever again!

Dont go there! They have a roaches crisis they are not dealing with. My bed was broken. The whole place smells like excrement. The hotel is a major nightmare. There is nothing positive about this place, not even the staff. Authorities need to close this place, as it represents a health hazzard to guests and staff.

Worst hotel experience ever. The place looked decent on Travelocity’s website, and I thought it was going to be a comfortable place to wait out the storm. But I soon realized that I was going to have problems with the management during check-in. Check-in was supposed to start at 3pm but Anthony told us that the room wasn’t ready and needed to be “cleaned”.
