Dont go there! They have a roaches crisis they are not dealing with. My bed was broken. The whole place smells like excrement. The hotel is a major nightmare. There is nothing positive about this place, not even the staff. Authorities need to close this place, as it represents a health hazzard to guests and staff.

Worst hotel experience ever. The place looked decent on Travelocity’s website, and I thought it was going to be a comfortable place to wait out the storm. But I soon realized that I was going to have problems with the management during check-in. Check-in was supposed to start at 3pm but Anthony told us that the room wasn’t ready and needed to be “cleaned”. The room was disgusting!!!!! There were roaches on the kitchen counter, a dead roach under the bed. The table was sticky, the dresser was falling apart.No shower curtain and the towels were disgusting. The towels had hair in them and they were dingy gray not white. I booked a non smoking room and it smelt like cigarettes throughout the whole facility and my room. The elevator was dirty and smelt like pee.
