its ok not bad for the price. got a non smoking room but the room smells like cigarette. No internet for 2 days. but other else it fine

Worst hotel seen ever in 28 years travel experien Room was not cleaned properly. Found used bath towels in the room. Noise level is so high.

Worse hotel stay ever! Gritty grimy miyel feel. Definitely give them 1 & a half stars. They were supposed ti have cintinental breakfast but it was more of a motel than a hotel so therefore they had no lobby for breakfast!

Disgusting rooms Stayed for just a night. The entire hotel was dark at first I couldn't find the front desk. Very unwelcoming. Service was great. Went to my room and it was filthy. It had a kitchenette which was cool but the refrigerator was pulled out which left a huge space between it and the wall. Behind it was disgusting. The toilet was unbalanced and the shower was dirty. A few lamps didn't work, the carpet needed redoing, and the bed was extremely hard... But on a better note, it is only 5 minutes from the airport.

Bad service guarantee I reserved the hotel a few days before the stay. While I checked-in, the lady at the front desk this a mistake and put my room as cancelled. So, when I came back from downtown late in the evening, the front desk was close and my card was deactivated. Anyway, I was able to finally get in via a red phone. I stayed 2 days, but they did come back to clean the room. All to say, this place is not great.

I just needed a room Just needed a room for the weekend so wasn't looking for anything perfect...overbooked when I got there but the desk clerk was extremely helpful...took them 2 more hrs to find something for me...called someone in to clean a vacant room...still wasn't top notch clean when I got the room...old and run down but ok for the price.

Never Again Never again will I stay at this hotel due to the fact roaches where stuck to da sheets. I couldn't get in my room unless attendant open the door with her key. The manager accused me of stealing a room because I book two rooms in my name... Oh my never again will I go back to that motel because I can go on and on about my stay!!!

customer service lacking in knowledge Desk person was nice at checkin, room was nice, and comfortable, didn't sleep well that night . called desk to ask for room for another day, so I could sleep in. Person didn't know how to ??? said to call in the "morning" said should'nt be a problem. Called at 8am. The "new" person said "no" there were no vacancies. Didn't offer to help me with another hotel or "ANYTHING". So I was sent out with no sleep, and no where to go. Quality of hotel service only got a 2 rating, because of nice p... read more

Inexpensive, but at a cost My stay was interesting on the first and last nights thanks to the people in the room next door who were loud at very late times.The first night the two women had friends with them who thought that yelling and slamming doors after 1:30am was OK.
