OK location The staff was extremely nice. Whenever I approached someone they greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The bathroom floor should have been cleaned better to pick up loose hair.

Good for the money. Michael at check in was great. Even tried to call me ahead of check in to complete paperwork before I got there. Room was over all clean - threshold at door open so had bug in kitchen and tub. Bed was comfortable but chair next to was not. If just sleep and go it is a good deal. If going to stay in room most of the day and night may be uncomfortable.

Great location, exceptional customer service It was enjoyable, quiet, close to locations I was visiting. I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service provided. I would stay there again.

Good for what it is. Firstly, there are 2 Extended Stay America's within walking distance of each other. Your GPS will probably lead you to the wrong one. The staff wasn't the most friendly, short and straight to the point. I almost felt like I was bothering her with work. As far as the room and location it was in a convient spot, close to food spots and malls. The room and bathroom was clean. The kitchenette was clean as well. fridge was nice and clean. Pain in the butt using the WiFi, but it was functional.

Some maintenance up keep was very needed. The room was very dark and not a very warm feeling. Booked the room for 2 nights. Went out for the first day came back and room key did not work.
I arrived in Nashville in the evening and left 1st thing in the morning \i was just looking for a place to sleep. I will remember your location for another time
Will Stay Again My plans are to return to Nashville in 3 months. The Extended Stay is number one on my list of hotels to stay in.

Okay for the right price This hotel is okay. Just that. As long as you get a low price, it works out fine. Not a place that I would want to stay many nights in.
absolutely ridiculous I stayed here a week and twice I couldn't get into my room. The second time was at about 1am and I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come to the office so I could get into my room. And there was a guy waiting at the door to get checked in.
