Close to mall and I-64 The room was more than I needed for me and my 5 year old but at the last minute I was glad I got a decent room. It was less than 5 min from WalMart and walking distance to the mall. The room was nice and comfortable. I read other reviews about the cleanliness and neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised when I found the very opposite. I came in after 11p and was grateful that my room was close to the entrance on the first floor. When I go back, I plan on staying there.

great! Have stayed here three times now and have had a great experience each time. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Great area in walking distance of quite a few restaurants, close to shopping. Quiet. Close to rt 64 .

HORRIBLE HOTEL I HAVE DEBATED WHAT TO WRITE, ALL I AM GONNA SAY IS PLEASE DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN EXPEDIA FOR EVEN ATTACHING THEIR NAME TO A DUMP SUCH AS THIS. I TRIED TO GET ANOTHER HOTEL BUT COULDNT. THE BLANKET HAD AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIRS ENTWINED IN IT. SO THATS THE PICTURE I WILL LEAVE YOU WITH.YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION.

Hotel was not the best I secured my hotel online and had my deluxe room paid for. As soon as i got to the Hotel I was told that I had been down graded to a smaller room due to the fact that I put on adult on my reservation. The hotel staff say that the system does the automatcallty . I wish that if this was the case that they would let Expedia know that if you want the bigger rooms then you must lie and say you have two people instead of one. when I reported this to the staff they said that they had booked al of their rooms ... read more

Clean Clean room, and nice black out curtains. However front desk area is currently under renovation. Service from front desk staff was very poor. Curtains were true black out curtains which was nice, but 2 totally different curtains on the window. One 6 inches longer than the other. Bed is very firm, pillows are flat. Don't expect anything from the breakfast, granola bars and pre-packaged muffins. 2nd Floor is non-smoking but stinks horribly like smoke. Smell in the room was less smokey than hallway, but had a stale smell.

Do not stay here please! On the first night there was a crawling insect under the second layer of the bedding. The entire bedding had particles, hair, and appeared to never have been washed. The carpeting was stained and looked gross! Do not stay here unless you are desperate and the last hotel in VA. Complimentary breakfast was a granola bar, coffee, and oatmeal without a spoon.

not hotel quality amenities This is an extended stay hotel which is not geared toward typical hotel guests who are only staying for one or two nights. The desk closes at 11:00 pm, there are no in-room amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer, the breakfast is only coffee and prepackaged granola bars and muffins, and there is no daily maid service. For the price For the price the room was very clean and the staff was very courteous at check in. This is an Extended Stay so some guests seem very comfortable. Overall for the price and the cleanliness of the rooms it was fine accomadations for overnight.
