Good location I had a late flight so I was able to check in late (11:30 pm) which was nice! But when we got to our non smoking room, the whole hotel smelt like smoke, our room included. We get in our room an there's no curtains, and our room smells. So in the middle of the night we had to switch rooms. In our new room there was a cracked ceiling with a hole in it. There was two "stains" on the sheets. So the rooms are just okay. Good enough for a one night stay

Overall Nice Hotel Hotel front door did not open from the inside. Hotel room door latch was broken. Parking lot is very dark and did not make me feel comfortable. Room was very spacious and full furnished suite. However the 14" screen TV was too far from the bed.

Never again! A CSI would have a field day! My family of 4 came to hampton last minute, every hotel in a 60mi radius had been completely booked. We felt very fortunate that we were able to find this hotel for 2 nights, bigger plus it was a "suite". The ONLY positive thing was the 2 women at the front desk, they were always very friendly and helpful. This hotel in general is very dirty! You get what you pay for The beds were the only thing updated about the room. There were stains all over furniture and counters. The staff was very friendly. If they updated this would be a really nice hotel. They need a whole new housekeeping staff because the one they have now is lazy and only hurting their image. Don't become a housekeeper if you don't want to clean!

Desk staff were very courteous and laughed, appropriately. Very clean hotel. Great location.

Rooms were good. Hotel is like apartment living. You take out your own trash,vacuum your own floor.The pool had a lot of visitors that were not staying in any of the related hotels.No one at front desk after 11:00 p.m.
