The staff was great Arjia went above and beyond. To make sure I was happy . Thank you And Jasmine the manger was very informative. I would stay again .

Nice people and clean, comfortable room. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable.

location okay parking not so good parked car for about 30 minutes across from the hotel and when I came out to move my vehicle it had been towed. The cost was $120 to get it out of the empound.

Aside from the staff- Never again! Positive first: Great staff. Negative: Rooms are dirty. They attempt to clean, but they are just dirty. The floors are stick, bed bugs, and the bedding and towels stink. Lampshades are dirty. Two lamps broken. No dishes or cutlery because “I wasn’t staying long enough”. The elevator smelled like beer. Guests smoke in the breezeways.

Nice Service. Okay Place. The people at the front desk were awesome. The tv remote was for the wrong tv. At first it didn’t work because there were no batteries but then they sent some and it turned on but wouldn’t change the channel. It’s like they got a newer version of the tv but didn’t change the remote. The room smelled a little musty. The bathroom floor was not clean. (I will insert a picture.) The stay was nice the hotel was nice and clean. I love the face that it had a kitchenette in the room. I think the carpet can be taken up. It gives the room a smell. Other than that it was comfortable for my 2 day stay
