It was comfortable and suited our needs for that particular trip. My trip was a necessity and the room met our needs. I found that they were a little light on the utensils and no dish soap wash available to wash dishes. There also was not ample utensils for cooking. The stove was there but no pots or pans which I found a bit confusing. What did they expect you to cook on the stove with?

Simple, but good! It is a simple hotel, but we had a good time there! It was clean and we appreciate out double twin bed room. it was a surprise to find a small kitchen with microwave, stove, full refrigerator and some other kitchen furniture in the room. I would go back there.

Extended Stay Oyster Point The hotel was reasonably Clean, we were short some of the Kitchen items. But the worst part of our stay was the UNCOMFORTABLE BED. It was so firm that we had difficulty sleeping in it and woke up sore the next day. Luckily, the water in the shower was hot enough that it did eliminate some of the muscle soreness. Never had anyone come in and clean during the weeks stay that we were there. Had to go and get additional soap and Toilet Paper.

some minor maintenance issues.pressure washing stairwells wold make a great improvement on the exterior appearance.great desk staff.clean rooms.i would recommend.also great rate

nice place overall I've read some reviews before booking this place. I've spend 3 nights Fri-Mon and can say that place is a bit overpriced comparing to Motel 6, for example. Bed sheets weren't changed in all 3 days, but obviously, room service works better on weekdays. In general, this motel is as ordinary as Motel 6 or 8. No free internet access - you have to pay for Wi-Fi connection. Extended Stay I have to go to a meeting once a month and drive from Richmond,Va . and do not feel like driving back afterwards. I was very satified with the service and my room. The customer service was very helpful and I will be staying here in the future.

Extended Stay America - Newport News, VA The hotel was exactly what was expected to be. The room was a no frills rooom however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a queen studio room with a convenient kitchen. I was satisfied with the room for the price I paid.
