Not for handicapped customers The elevator did not work and they tried to put me on 3rd floor. I requested a refund and she typed it computer and said that it has been refunded due to elevator. And I’ve still not received the refund.

The hotel manager was yelling outside at 6:00 am on a Sunday morning. Of course, both of us were awakened. Guests played TV loud - all night long. Seems like that's how they sleep. Debris and filth in the stairwell. Smelled like pee. The room came with a stove, fridge, microwave and sink but absolutely no kitchen tools. There were two plastic cups. No coffee cups. The bed was comfortable enough and the room clean enough.

I should have known due to the price that this hotel would not be great. To start off, when i checked, the front desk clerk didn't realize that i had already booked the room on Hotels.com. He seemed like he was new and the only way I figured that he had no idea of my booking was because the tablet that he used said "Walk in" rather than "Expedia". Bad service They couldn't findy booking they were very rude and they over charged and also they had to keep given me a different room cause both rooms were dirty

Room did not look like the pics. Had carpet in half the room , however shows like a laminate flooring on the web site. Entry door did not have proper weather seal around it. When the person that was parked in front of the room started his truck up the fumes came into the room. Shower had poor hot water and poor water pressure. Shower shows fancy attachments, however they do not work. No coffee maker in the rooms, if you wanted clean towel you had to pay for them. When checking in you get the rules. Absolutely Ridiculous They DO NOT disclose that there is a MANDATORY deposit (One HUNDRED) to even check in at this hotel... Be aware.

This place has gone downhill. If you can stay somewhere else then please do. They no longer provide cooking equipment and you have to pay for it. Not sure if you keep it or “rent” it.
