Extended Stay I have to go to a meeting once a month and drive from Richmond,Va . and do not feel like driving back afterwards. I was very satified with the service and my room. The customer service was very helpful and I will be staying here in the future.
Extended Stay America - Newport News, VA The hotel was exactly what was expected to be. The room was a no frills rooom however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a queen studio room with a convenient kitchen. I was satisfied with the room for the price I paid.

Extended stay - New Port News, VA The morning female attendant was not friendly - however the evening male attendant was extremely friendly and helpful.
Not impressed At checkin, the attendant was very nice and helpful. It was just more inconvenient to stay in a room is that not housekept until after I left. I didn't realize how much I would have missed new clean towels and not having to ask for more tissues and toilet paper. So if you're gonna stay here, be prepared for that.

Remove this hotel from your platform. Our room smelled like cat urine and was confirmed that a woman with cat was living in it for 3 weeks prior to our visit and trashed the room

Check in, with only two party group ahead of me took 40 minutes. Kitchenette with stove, microwave, sink, but no fridge to store perishables or leftovers, and no ice to keep items in a cooler.
