Extended Stay America - Newport News, VA The hotel was exactly what was expected to be. The room was a no frills rooom however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a queen studio room with a convenient kitchen. I was satisfied with the room for the price I paid.

Extended stay - New Port News, VA The morning female attendant was not friendly - however the evening male attendant was extremely friendly and helpful.
Not impressed At checkin, the attendant was very nice and helpful. It was just more inconvenient to stay in a room is that not housekept until after I left. I didn't realize how much I would have missed new clean towels and not having to ask for more tissues and toilet paper. So if you're gonna stay here, be prepared for that.
This property is more for those looking for super cheap housing versus a stay overnight. The walkways were filthy, the room floor was sticky, the mattress cover was brown, and we had to ask for pillows. I saw every hour of the night worried about the area. Was someone coming in? I will pay double elsewhere to not be worried about my safety. The only positive was the friendliness of the one staffer.
Horrible Hotel This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is dirty. Parking lot was filthy the stairs we're filthy. I was going to leave when we checked in and saw our room but we thought it's only for one night it'll be okay. It was not. Had to call the police at 5:00 a.m. because of the carrying on of the people next to us. Yelling, screaming, banging on Doors, and when the doors were answered they would slam them.
