Super Disappointing! We chose this hotel because we thought it would be similar to other "extended stay" hotels that we have used in the past for multiple night stays. Boy were we wrong! First, they nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. While most hotels have free wifi, these guys wanted $3.00 per day for internet use. They had a weekly rate too. Gave us the wrong room wanted to charge extra We reserved a non smoking room and paid in advance but they still said it was first come first serve so they wanted to put us in a smoking room. We showed them it was a non smoking reservation and they said they would have to charge us more for the smoking room. This seems to be the style of motel that charges you for everything extra. And they would not honor the paid reservation.

Lack of Hospitality The staff was poorly skilled in hospitality. They justify the inferior service because the price is low. However, the price is not much lower than other economy hotels in the area. The other hotels just do not charge extra for internet service and all the add ons. Next time, I will stay there to be treated more human. If you need grocery delivery service or restaurant delivery, they will not allow anything to be delivered to your room. HORRIBLE.. Reservation was inaccurate I did not get to stay here, because when I booked this through your website, they didn't have any rooms available. They couldn't even pull up my reservation. I need my money back, that I have not been able to get back!
Smells like cigarettes and cleaner It overwhelmingly smelled like cigarettes and cleaner-- they even had an ash tray in the room's bathroom. It's not actually meant for one-night-stayers, it's an extended stay, so when I came just for one night they were surprised. I came after hours because the front desk is not manned 24 hrs, so if you get in late, you have to call them to come check you in. It wasn't what I expected and was ultimately disappointing after a very long road trip.

Looks are deceving Nobody on sight had to weight 30min to check in, when someone did come he was very unhappy and hard to deal with. He couldn't find my reservation for a while when he did and I got the paper work it was for 375 I got the room for 200$ their is a 100$ deposit u don't know about until u arrive. Very unhappy will pay to stay somewhere else.
