I wouldn't stay here again There are a lot of people just standing around the hotel. The hotel hallways smelt like cigarettes really bad. It seems like a lot of people live there. The parking lot is dark. We tried to check out at 8 but the front desk didn't open until 9 and when we tried to check out at 9 no one was available.

Don't recommend this joint, you get 1 washrag,1 bath towel then if don't get them because you're running late they want to charge you $10!

The hotel location was bad . In one week nobody clean the room . We had a little kitchen in our room ,we had to get the garbage out and put it in a trash box .

Not worth the money even if it were free. The place smelled bad. The top floor was all smoking and it permiated through the rest of the building. I couldn't breath when I was there. The place was so noisy a person could barely rest. Hardly ever was there anyone available in the office. The cops were there most of the time. On a scale of 1 to 10. I would give it a 0. Probably one of the very worst stays of my life.

The hotel stinks like cigarettes in the lobby, elevator and hallways I specifically asked for a non smoking room and yet was booked in the 4th floor where all of the smoking was permitted When asked for a room change I was told that there was nothing else available Rather state at the Holiday inn express across the street

$38 per night is a bait and switch-WATCH IT! If you like a prison feel from the moment of entering the building, and fluorescent lights in your room, look no further. Sadly, a lot of people live in this place. The rooms are depressing and plain: the double beds are tiny - no way two can fit. There is one bar of soap. No shampoo, conditioner, body lotion or drier. 1. A smoking room was assigned to me and the staff told me it was my only choose ==> very bad experience in my stay of 5 days. 2. The air-conditioner was very noisy and I hardly can falling sleep.

No one at the front desk. When they did show up the were not knowledgeable of the property. It had a lot of people in and around the hotel...shady : (

Poor standards Don't recommend My 2nd day there I told them I saw roaches in the kitchen area. No one ever came to spray. Told them not to enter my room when I was not there, my 6th day there they did more than once The " Manager Ashley" told me she couldn't guarantee that no one would go in my room. I had expensive computers jewelry etc. Of which a ring came up missing The day I found someone was in there, I contacted the Value Place area manager more than once. Filed 2 formal complaints.
