Bad service. Waited a hour for checking in. Dirty sheet seems not changed.

My UT spring trip 2016 Elevator took forever!!!

Not suited for a one night stay. This is an extended stay hotel, not suited for a one night stay. It took them 30 minutes to check me in and thy don't offer any of the usual amenities; wifi, tissue paper, coffee, etc.

Nice place but the hardest bed This place is more for people who stay a long time and not just one night like I did. For the price of one night I will never stay here again. The staff was nice but the bed was hard as a rock. This place looks like it would be nice but looks are deceiving.

Shady hotel The best thing going for this hotel is the price, you will get a cheap room that passes as a hotel. What you will not get is comfort or service. Be prepared to be nickel and dimed for everything while you are in the hotel. The hotel also will not honor your hotels.com price for the stay. For each of my stays they have added taxes and fees that tacked on $10-20 each week. Finally the customer service at the front desk during its extremely limited hours is exceedingly poor. SUCKS Booking didn't go through until hours later, so hotel did not get booking info. The hotel charged my debit card an additional $38 for inccidentels?

Probably not again... its an okay place if you just want a room with thin walls and no additional perks like breakfast... Rooms feel like a cell, Hospital stays were more cozy than these... but that is my opinion
