El lugar se mira bien, pero el servicio al cliente un horror, muy mal servicio, nosotros como clientes necesitamos lo mejor, por eso se les paga, no va uno gratis, fue una mujer de (color) que casi nos corrio del edificio, so ojalá y esto llegue a manos del manejador y le llamen la atención sino asta que la despida para que aprenda a tratar al cliente, incluso llamamos ahí mismo a la oficina y muy despota nos colgó la llamada. Alright It was a good place to stay at for the night although the fridge didn’t keep my food cold nor did the freezer also the microwave didn’t even work which was a bummer because I wanted to make me something & couldn’t.

Never came to take out trash, or give clean towels or make bed. I stayed over 6 days. Other than that the room was nice.

It is possible to request additional services not already included in your rate if that appeals to you. One of our goals is to allow guests to choose and pay for only those services they want so we keep our rates affordable.
