Call hotel to verify availability before prepaying The lady that checked me in was great. This hotel over books itself on a regular basis, which I was unaware of. Some good advice is to call the hotel, before you book and pay pay for the room. This is the 2nd time that I booked and prepaid for a room at this specific hotel,and when I got there, no rooms were available. The clerk at the front desk (older female) was extremely rude when I was checking in. She had an attitude when she assigned me to a room with a messed up lock & she had to give me a new room. My air conditioning/ heater did not work & she also had an dismissive attitude when I asked for extra blankets, it was around 27 degrees the entire time I was here.
