The price is always right, however when the front desk gal wants to charge me $20 for a key that didn't work.......now I have issues as the key never leaves my wallet other than to open the doors. That's the biggest issue I have while having to stay in a hotel......the 'key game' ! When I pay, I expect not to have issues coming and going. Plus the fact there was a FIRE at the hotel on July 1...........yes FIRE ! The hotel was evacuated for several hours and had heavy smoke smell that evening and my last night.
