I could of used a front desk person all night... Couldn't check in at check in time.. " computers were being updated until 5 ( check in is at 3) but didn't offer anything for thier problem. A later check out would of evened me out as the consumer!

Although the front desk lady was great .. the property smelled like smoke all the time.. it was horrible experience with terribly poor amenities

Unfortunately, stars are a requirement. We check in and laid down for a nap, when we got up we went to turn on the TV. It would not come on. I went and reported it to the front desk. They managed to get it on but it had the lines down the screen-someone busted it. She went and got the housekeeper, when she returned she told me I had to pay a pet deposit.
