The owner of the property was over the top ridiculous!!! You could tell she didn't trust anyone. No one wants to be treated like a criminal. The owner needs to trust people until there is a problem. I can't help it if she has been taken advantage of before. . . I am not one of those people she has to be concerned about & she was treating me like everyone else she couldn't trust who stayed there. I reserved on Expedia and day of check in they said the online price was wrong and it was actually double the price. Counter person was rude and had no options on solution for this bait & switch issue. So we never checked in and plus didn’t feel safe there anyway. Then they charged me for room fees even though I never officially checked in. I’m still waiting for a refund. Broken down cars, jacked up with hoods open and trash everywhere… none of that was in the hotel online photos or listed on the amenities.

Room booked paid for thru Expedia at check in was told room was not available was told could have another room with a $100 deposit and no refund on booked and paid for room

Don’t get to stay Well I didn’t get to stay in my room as I was unable to check into it. When I tried to call and ask how to check in I got the operator who then said that there was no one on site so it would be best that I call whom I made the reservation through which I did and they where saying that they would try and get my payment refunded but I haven’t heard anything yet.

It was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no curtains.

Shower curtain smell like smoke. Damage to bathroom. Damage to HVAC unit and could see the outside. Cockroaches. Room had dirty walls and floors.
