Women felt unsafe Upon checkin (2 women and 2 teenage girls) while in a small room full of men, the receptionist said our room # outloud. Most places don’t do that for safety reasons. After our concert, we returned @ 11pm. There were men standing in the hallway. Within 15 minutes, they are knocking on our door and standing outside our door talking and playing loud music until after 2:00. I don't generally write bad reviews, but... Wow, where to begin...I book this in advance of my stay because I like walking in, giving a confirmation number and CC and going to sleep when I travel late for business. I'll start with this: There is no lobby, just an 8'x10' space with a window in it. Think: a nicer Ace Cash place. I was greeted with "we're closing soon" before I even spoke. Unavailable desk clerk. I was not able to check in because there was no one available to check me in. I guess the customer that was waiting in the lobby got tired of waiting as well because he left. The surrondings didn't make me feel safe at dust dark. So I left.

Staff saved the review Great price on the hotel the room was less than satisfactory is it smelled terribly of smoke I had some other problems too but won't go into it because the staff was so courteous and helped me. my largest problem came from the fact that I wanted to refund and hotels.com was less than favorable to give me a refund but did in the end.

Nasty and Roach infested. Very nice staff. However, this hotel is roach infested and has a bad smell. It needs a lot of updates in order to be competitive. The staff is extremely nice. Also, lots of sketchy people and people smoking drugs (marijuana) inside the hotel. If you're afraid of dogs (like me), be prepared. Lots of people here with pit bulls and they just let the roam all over while not on a leash. The best thing about this hotel is that is close to EVERYTHING.

Worst customer service ever After staying here for a month, I was charged $300 and blacklisted from the property for unscrewing the tv from the top of the dresser. I didn't even know about this until I tried to check back in a few days later. I was denied the room I had already paid for, and staff refused to even call the manager who was out of town.
